What is the STRONG CHALLENGE?

It all began in November of 2020 as a way to combat the dreariness that came along with COVID-19. We were all sick and tired of being sick and tired.

So, the YMCA opened its doors to the entire community offering a free 6-week challenge. All Challengers were encouraged to put in 20 minutes of physical activity 5 days a week.

If you are new to our challenges, the STRONG Challenge is a great place to start!

Shoot for 20 minutes of activity/day for five days a week and you’ll be on your way. Check out the weekly coaching videos and activity suggestions to keep you moving forward.
